Reception on Monday 19th August. 2 ladies... not greeting. After awhile I had to ask for assistance. They said they emailed me the same day... no email. Nor to my broker. Have given the Broker feedback of service. They need to give proper feedback on the phone... not just that our TV screen is cracked. I know this already clearly. A person needs guidance of the next step... not just stating the obvious
