Fitted a radio and speakers. Everything works fine, but the office staff is unfriendly and doesn't look very eager to help us in anyway. No manners, no respect and it feels like it's an effort to help us. One of our windows doesn't roll down all the way anymore, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it as the window is obstructed by the speaker. Informing the office staff about the window, we were sarcastically addressed.

Head unit faulty and needs to be sent back? That will be a month without sound if you don't have your old or a spare radio. "Nothing they can do" about that. Head unit in question was Kenwood DMX120BT 6.8”. So beware

I have not received such Excellant service in the 14 years since I have been a widow and had to fend, get repairs done and any other services for my myself, home and car. Zaahid, all his collegues and staff treated me with respect, patience, advice and helped me with the selflocking system, speakers replacement and repair of my electronic window repair All that I have been trying to fix since November 2020. I have been to 3 Auto Electricians that said it is difficult to get the selflocking system for my Chev Aveo 2009. They keep my car at their premises for a day, twice I had to pay for labour because they tried to find the fault, then tell me that they will let me know when the have find the part needed or a new system. I phoned and contacted these people regular but they never came back to me. Yesterday, the7th of April 2021, I phoned and spoke to Zaahid who quoted me on the phone and said I can bring my car in. Today, the 8th of April, I took it in and as I said above, with the wonderful service and less than 3 hours everything was fixed AND at a price far less than I was quoted by the other Companies. I can recommend Soundmatch, Bellville to anyone that need Auto Electric work done!! Single and Elderley Ladies this is Service with Respect. Thank you to everyone at Soundmatch Bellville.

I would not recommend Sound Match Bellville. Firstly every time i went to get a quote they weren't to friendly in the front, and then they quoted me on the old stock that they are trying to get rid off. I then asked the sales person if i bring my own Front loader would the pricing be the same, and he then advised he will work the price into the quote. BUT then they charged me R300 extra just because i had my own front loader when i came to get the job done. I came back and asked them my back speakers aren't working as i can't hear anything coming from them, was then told it must be like that. And to top it all my AMP was not even screwed in anywhere and was sliding around. I then purchased myself a 12" Subwoofer from another company as the pricing was great and they then fitted it for me, but only to realize and told my back speaker weren't even connected after i was told that is how it must be. The second company then had to pull my back cover's off to only show me the back speakers weren't connected and they fixed it. No i can hear all 4 speakers that i purchased from Sound Match. and was charged extra labour. moral of the story they charge me R1000 labour just to fit a AMP, Frontloader and Speaker just to find out job was done 50%. i am not happy at all
