Terrible service. These people phones never work. When they do answer no1 speaks to you then they just cut the call in your face. Shocking service!!
Very helpful and friendly staff
Terrible experience. Ordered a part on a Friday, paid immediately and was told it would be available for collection on Monday or Tuesday. Called in and asked if I can collect and they said that it was being brought down from JHB and can be collected Thursday. Thursday came and went. Finally got told that it will be arriving with them on Friday and that they not sure when but they can deliver to me on the Saturday. Saturday came and went and still no part. Called in again and they said they didn't have the part but it would be arriving 11 am Monday. Tuesday morning requested delivery and they said the part was not correct and they would let me know when the part would be delivered to me. 9 days later after original order date they say that the part cannot be sourced and that they need to refund me. Absolute Joke. Waste of time. Never get back to you and don't worry about lying to customers to make a deal. If you wait then you wait. They don't care. You not going to make it far Kyle if you keep on doing business the way you do.
