I had excellent service from Des, Mike and Rikus at Specialized Tygerberg when purchasing a new bicycle recently. The store is very smart and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I'd also highly recommend the optional fitting with Jos - it's super high tech and I've never been so comfortable on a bicycle as a result.

Not impressed. Spent 10 minutes in the shop before someone came to offer assistance. This person also on her way on her tea break. Maybe I am just old-school, but what about slipping passed the client to go put your coffee down and return offering assistance focusing all your attention on him/her?
