I have recently had an eye test & purchased a set of multifocals for myself at SpecsDirect. I have received professional service from all the admin staff and both opticians. I chose a lightweight frame but the scripted lenses are at least half the thickness of my previous scripted glasses from another optical business. I am truly thankful for your great service and awesome end product.

My children and I had appointments on 26 October 2019. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. There is a peaceful ambience from the front door right throughout the practice. The staff are very friendly and treat you as if you are the only person of importance at that moment.
