Aircon did not work, car stank and was really dirty. Car weaving all over the road and was definitely not roadworthy. Shocking that they are allowed to operate!

Excellent service, always on time getting you to your destination on time. Highly recommended. After the above review i unfortunately have to take away a star, called well in advance but driver was still late, making kids late for school.

Horrible service. Our group used them for all of our transportation to and from our place of work during our stay in Cape Town. They were over half an hour late to scheduled pickups multiple times. We were extremely late to important meetings because of this, and never got so much as an apology. They also were over an hour late getting us from our workplace one day. Completely ridiculous!

We booked a taxi on line to meet us at the train station. They kept in touch and waited for our arrival. Which normal taxi in Australia wouldn't like to do. We was given a quote of R50 We was charged R80 When I ask for a quote i like the price charged that we are quoted, which is a shame because there was a difference in charge quoted compared to the price the driver wanted charge. However we still gave a tip. Would i use this service again... Absolutely.... reliable and safe.

I hailed this taxi outside the City Hall because my phone had died and no chance to get Uber home from the concert. Julius was polite and drove well and I was happy to get home to Claremont. But then he wanted R280 when I know the price from town is R125 maximum (I had just taken an Uber in). I knocked him down to R250 but felt it was daylight robbery. I would not take these taxis as they operate without a meter.

Very poor show. Despite having paid R380 in advance for our transfer from the airport to the waterfront area the taxi didn't even show up. We had to wait 40 mins for another one and that only happened due to a diligent young man who I think worked for Centurion.
