I spent almost 2 hours in the chair while they were with my book and now they told me that they can't help me I have to come with a transfer letter.

Was very disappointed when I got there at 6 am and they started serving people at 8....that's normal time I know when it was my turn apparently I have to book appointment. .like seriously I was there last month for my child's vaccination and the sister just said come back in a month's time no date written now they can't vaccinate my child because there is no appointment date. ...Please if there are any changes write on a notice board or somewhere clear where everyone can see.

Pathetic service to say the least. The sisters/nurses do not know how to speak to people in a civil manner. There's no order. No system.
