I asked for a quotation by Stellenbosch Shuttles from my home in Stellenbosch to Cape Town Int. airport and back again after my vacation in Turkey. I gave Stellenbosch Shuttles all flight details with pick up, departure time and flight number and of course my pick up address. For the return flight I did the same with arrival time and flight number. I received the quotation with only the total cost of R350. I paid with EFT. A couple of days later I received an email with “Hi Wim, Could you please confirm the pickup time and date? Also do you require a return transfer as well? Regards. Nureen. On 2019/08/21 13:37, Wim Koppenberg wrote”: This was my full detailed request for my request for quotation. I wrote back to Nureen: “Dear Nureen. All the questions asked like pickup time and date and require a return transfer as well are in my request for proposal? Perhaps you did not see the details and the quotation might not be correct. Please send updated quotation. Regards” NO ANSWER RECEIVED. I felt very uncertain and decided to call Nureen. She was not there and a man answered the phone after some searching he found my name and said you have only a shuttle from Stellenbosch to Cape Town airport. I asked him to read the complete email but he was not willing to do this and I asked can you read and his was F…K You and put the phone down. Stellenbosch Shuttles has 4 phone numbers and for the rest of the day on answering machine. To get a shuttle I booked on their website a single shuttle from airport to Stellenbosch No response. I also emailed to call me that day to sort things out so not I would cancel my one way shuttle and ask my money back. No response. I booked at another shuttle company a copy of the original email and the booking and confirmation was done by return email. My advice stay away from Stellenbosch Shuttles.
