We bought a bag from Strandbags at the DFO in Brisbane airport.The bag has already got scratched onthe first day we used it which was yersteday. The bags should have rubber protectors around all corners. Our suitcase a Flylite which was highly recommended has been damaged. We are going back home to Uganda and cannot return it. What are our options ?Bag is a flylite groove pack 80 cm blue teal spin case. Purchased on the19thof December and paid for byJulietta Achieng. We were served very well and taken good care of by MG2518.
