The staff at Studio Pascal is welcoming and friendly. They are very professional. Maggie, a hairdresser is a magician with hair, she is attentive and professional. She is fantastic at cutting and colouring hair. I always feel fantastic leaving the salon.

I had a pretty average experience here. The whole experience was rushed and I can't help but wonder if it wasn't because I am not a regular client or didn't request the most expensive hair treatment. The lady who did my hair spent more time rushing to get to the next client (who was after me anyway) and basically let her assistant deal with me more than she did because she didn't want to make her next client wait... funny, I thought that's what booking slots are for? Wait times. Especially since there were other hairdressers free and just sitting reading books to pass the time. I also love how, when she finished with me (couldn't have taken more than 5-7 minutes with me), she said to the other client, "So sorry for the inconvenience." This lady also tried to repeatedly sell me salon products instead of just suggesting I try them and leaving it there... The place is nice enough but their customer service among some hairdressers leaves a lot to be desired. I will say that the assistant was lovely and very gentle with my hair so I was impressed by her. Studio Pascal are okay overall - but I won't go back there and can't really recommend them on this visit.
