I was called to say my shelves are ready for pickup, 3 small shelves that I waited for from the Monday to the Thursday. Keep in mind they said it would be ready Wednesday but I waited for the call to avoid disappointment. I got there and they had to cut a new shelf because they couldn't find the one. It's so frustrating and the fact that they called and I had to wait anyway!
