Good prices (often half of supermarket) and you get spices that are not sold in the supermarket

Disgusted by the service i received. I went to the store a week before Diwali to order sweetmeats. I was told it’s order no.13. I was told to collect sunday before they close. I am here -on Diwali day on Sunday an hour before closing. I drove from afar and on arrival was told my order was sold - with no apology or valid reason!!! If you told me to come on Sunday before u close why the #### was my order not kept for me. Clearly money is more important than service and i am left without sweetmeats for diwali that family was looking forward to. I will never shop there again, including all my friends and their families.

Bought samoosas once I fried them it was like different batched of filling inside. The mince filling in two seemed a bit old. Edit: I also notice they over charge on many items in side the shop. Sometimes triple to that of shops further down the road. I took this up with the lady at the shop.... She only shrugged her shoulders....

They stock most of the Indian spices you could want as well as rotis, samoosas, pies, even a section of frozen meats that are also halaal such as dhania sausage and kebaabs. I have also seen them sell Puri and frozen pathaas. They also sell incense and puja things for Diwali n other celebrations. Most of their items are Indian and I have not been to another place in parklands that has all this in the area. They are the only one some of the halaal meat is very expensive. They also sell big bag of basmati rice and also sweet meats at the counter for those who have a sweet tooth. Only one thing I couldn't find was China grass for falooda but owner said he would get some.
