I had a exceptional experience with Tam Powder Coaters. The staff are so friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. They generously coated some components for my final year project and the parts turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend them to any person or business who needs powder coating done.

Although I never ended orup buying using them for my project, the level of customer service and going beyond my expectations was phenomenal. I enquired about having a product powder coated( a one off small unit) I got an email from Darryn Smith advising that he will get back to me with a price. The next morning he called to advise on pricing and also advised that for what I wanted done it would not be cost effective for me. He then proceeded to let me know that he would connect me with someone that could do the job and would be calling me back with the details. The same afternoon I got a call from Darryn letting me know that he found someone and also got me a price. Now if that's not customer service then I don't know what is. Thank you Darryn for going the extra mile and far exceeding my expectations.
Expensive. Long lead times. Sorry to give a negative review. It's the little things that add up to the low rating.
