What an awesome experience! From the moment we stepped into the waiting area we were informed exactly what to expect from the ice bath! We were informed after the session of all the alternative methods available for recovery treatment! All & all a very good experience & I shall definitely recommend them if in need of treatment.

Great place! Very helpful staff and the facilities are world class. Ice bath was incredible. Sauna was fantastic. Compression suit was awesome and the Compex was brilliant too. Plenty of parking as well. I felt amazing afterwards. I'll be going back for sure!!
Great service and very professional. This was my first sports massage so I was a bit apprehensive at the start, however Bianca really went out of her way to put me at ease and did a great job of easing my stiff muscles and aches and pains and in my foot. I'd highly recommend her and will definately be heading back more regularly. The location is easy to find and there's ample free safe parking.

Haven't seen anything like this. Definitely a must for all athletes and those just wanting to look after themselves post workout or injury. I'm definitely going to be coming here regularly. I can't recommend these facilities enough. The staff are awesome and super helpful.
