Yesterday we went for a very late dessert at the Table Bay Hotel after a dinner in the area. Even as a non guest you may make use of the lobby area where there is a lounge area next to a fireplace as well as a bar. We were about 8 people and made a small arrangement of tables into an improtu "late" tea. The waiter and waitress were friendly and although we were late, the kitchen was still assisting us and they were professional in their service. Although this establishment might display the atmosphere of an upmarket hotel, the general service was very warm and inviting.
