I purchased an item and before using cleaned it and the glass broke without being dropped. But during the cleaning process. They are u able to exchange the items even with them agreeing it hasn't been dropped etc. They are also unable to offer me the item to repair it. The sales staff weren't helpful or friendly either.
100% fake and counterfeit Cuban cigars. They are very convincing fakes but look closely at the imperfections in the cohiba bands print.
