Tatum Stanilet service was great but I failed to understand how the charged to fill up helium balloon as it says 9.99 per fill and had 5 balloons which they charge me R89.91 and I ask her how it end up to that amount she was mubbling..and am very disappointed cause those balloons r flat before I even arrive at home and am 5min away from the Maynard mall..am very disappointed..clearly they don't know how to use the Helium.
