Sadly very disappointed. If you're thinking of having a couch fixed, think again and find somewhere else. They might work well with solid structure furniture, but not couches. They took three times as long to get the couch returned to me (3 weeks) and I had to follow-up on a twice-weekly basis on status. No communication was forthcoming from them at all. When I finally got the couch back, the original issue was fixed (broken frame on side causing depression in seat); but it came back with uneven frame. Now I have a see-saw couch. The one side is visibly lifted off the floor. The cushions are so hard to sit on now as well, but they at least did a neat enough job - besides it being a see-saw. The couches came back stinking to high-heaven - my dogs loved it so much they rolled in the stench. When I complained about the uneven frame (when someone finally returned my call) they said they would see what can be done. I'm still waiting (4 days later) for anyone to call me. There were two feeble attempts to call me (both times I was not available to take it) and a woman left a very rude and exasperated message for me to return her call. If you're looking for customer service, this place has none. And for the price I paid for this fix (which all has to paid upfront before delivery); plus how long they took, my recommendation is to give them a miss.
