Rob responded to my urgent request to repair my cello at short notice and did a fabulous job! Although I needed the repair to be done quickly, he did not rush the job and advised me on the various options and a realistic time frame for the work to be done properly. I had the utmost confidence that he would carry out the work with the cello's best interests at heart! It is beautifully restored and sounds like a dream!
