This was my first surgery in all my 30 years. The nursing staff was warm and friendly throughout my time in theater. I really had nothing to be scared of. They checked up on me every few minutes which was really great!!! Great service goes a long way. Thank you to the staff.

One of the best places to go if you're having any kind of procedure. My son had major dental surgery and was treated like "the man." He had a very positive experience and the facilities are state of the art and one doesn't have the scary hospital feeling. It's time for my other son to have his wisdom teeth removed and without blinking an eye I chose The Surgical Institute for his procedure.

Kyk niemand wil geopereer word nie punt en in die geval was dit nog my eie skuld dat ek die prosedure moes ondergaan. The Surgical Institute is soos ek dit verstaan ‘n alleenstaande besigheid wat spesialiseer in mond en kaak chirurgie vir jonk en oud. Daar is plek vir 11 beddens, vandat ek ingeteken het tot my ontslag later die dag was ek op my hande gedra. Dit is nie die narkose wat hier praat nie, my post is 3 dae na die operasie gedoen. Spesiale dank aan Lilian Otto, Jeanne de Villiers, Lize Mari Muller en Josie. Die manier, hoe julle patiënte hanteer en laat voel is iets wat ek nog nooit by enige mediese instansie beleef het nie. Dr. Otto, ek kan verstaan dat iemand met jou track record hom met so ‘n profesionele plek vereenselfwig.
