Love this intimate neighbourhood studio in Vredehoek. Excellent teachers and nice friendly vibes :) Great that they also offer professional live online classes. Definitely a place where you feel comfortable and welcome no matter what your level.

I tried the Yoga Room's beginner's class/intro of 4 weeks. It was a perfect start to the year. Gorgeous studio! Facilitator Sheona was caring, observant and gentle. Our last class made me feel confident, strong & relaxed. Thank you for a great experience.

Another great class this morning at this relaxed and welcoming Yoga studio. Both classes this week were taken by Elsa, the owner. She is a well grounded and extremely experienced teacher. I have not experienced all of the instructors yet. Elaine and Jane are 2 other instructors whose classes I have attended and really enjoyed. The depth of their knowledge and passion for teaching is evident in their classes. I am so glad that I have discovered this amazing studio and that it is now in my hood.

The yoga room is the perfect place for those who love the practice of yoga as a whole (mind, body and soul), suitable for all levels and all age groups. It has everything you need, nothing more and nothing less. Great teachers give you personalized classes and make sure your yoga experience is great while also giving you that little push to take your practice to the next level, at your pace. Have been practicing Yoga in studios in Berlin, Stockholm and Cape Town for years and one can tell that this studio is influenced by the owners international experience. Love the space. The teachers are all highly skilled and amazing human beings. The classes are great, fun and light-hearted.

The Yoga room is everything you want out of a Yoga studio. A free space to step away from it all. The international experience and ambiance created here, sets this aside from the other normal hum drum studios found in Cape Town. It's a calm wonderful studio and the classes are fantastic.
