No social distancing. Thet say there is. Bull. Drivers take up the back seats of the bus for sleeping purposes. Front seats of the bus are also reserved for the drivers and their friends. The drivers are reckless at nite. Old ladies were complaining constantly because of this recklessness. Sorry nothing good to say about the bus and drivers. Travelled from PE to Cape Town on City to City (part of Transnet) last nite. Never again.

Trans-lux also very good I normally use them returns all over the country it is all one of the best things you can do if you want to travel and it's safe and I know within this call mobility covid-19 19 unit we will always also be sorted out with the regulations and the seating will be miles apart yeah it's a very good bus company to use and safe and sound
I was surprisingly impressed with the overall comfort of the seats ,which are exceptionally comfortable, soft, and recline almost entirely vertically for sleeping. Not enough stops for smokers on the route Cape Town- Johannesburg. I travelled from Cape Town to Johannesburg, in relative comfort using Intercape,at a fraction of the cost of an aeroplane ticket. Unexpected value for money.
Waiting for 21:00 bus pe to cpt.. Phone lines off at rink rd office. C. No reply. Disgusted. No communication. Its 22:00 alteady. Still waiting at pe station. 15/01/2020
The bus was delayed but no communication after the 1st advised time fell through. The bus was delayed by 8 hours. My lady waited until 4am with no communication from Translux. I called in to your customer service and the lady gives me attitude. When asked what your protocol is in such situations, she put the phone down. Terrible service!
Is the only good bus station to stay when you arrived twilight
The service has been my worst nightmare from online booking messing up my budget and having to pay double for the tickets due to the online booking not reflecting on records whereas my money has been deducted from my bank, bus arriving 2 hours later with no explanation or apology and to top it all not being assisted with the refund request at the CT office due to the manager being the only person that is able to assist with the request and had to wait while the manager was busy with her personal things somewhere by the station. What also worries me the most is how quickly you get directed to the complaints form, it proves beyond doubt that customer experience means nothing and that those complaints are just a waste of time they are not taken seriously.
The bus drivers have poor time management. I always have to wait two hours for the bus and the offices never pick up the phone when I call to ask about the bus.
