The team were able to help me i) design (font type suggestions, inscription frequency) and ii) execute a bespoke wedding gift for my friend. I was in Cape Town for a short period and they turned around the project in 2 business days. The finished product made for a truly memorable present.

Wish I could also share a positive experience like everyone else... Initially requested a quote (on a Monday), after 3 days without reply I sent another email asking for some feedback which I then got on that day. It's now been another 7 days and still no quote. So after 10 days, I've not been sent a quote (nor been contacted as to why it could be taking so long)! I'm quite sure that a reasonable time would be 2-3 days.
