Fast professional service. These guys took my airconditioner apart and cleaned out all mould and grime. Works like new. Can highly recommend.

Terrible service, never again. The technician was a contractor, he took every shortcut in the book. Broke 2 ceiling boards. Did long copper lines without insulating them. Crimped electrical join on cables which cant be joined. Had to come back 2 additional times and change the technician out to a qualified one to get everything working. P.S. All those 5 star reviews from Sept 2018 are all staff members.

Worst customer experience I've had in 2014. I found this local company easily on google and contacted them to give me a quote on residential air conditioning. They responded soon enough to my initial e-mail and I was put in contact with one of their representatives called "Hein". We set a meeting for the following day with an exact time and address established. Less than 15 minutes before our scheduled meeting Hein phones me with a very poor manner of speaking, grating and irritated asks whether I still want to meet or rather meet on another day; and that he will be able to leave from where he is currently in ten minutes and it will take him another twenty minutes to reach me. I have made no gesture whatsoever to cancel our meeting and have other arrangements to keep, this would not have suited me at all. Besides being tardy this representative was arrogant, rude and abrasive. This is an absolutely atrocious way of dealing with prospective clients. There are many other companies that offer a much better service in the area!

The service and installation we received was so poor that Trutemp had to refund all deposits after being kicked off the job. Owner gave me the run-around pretending to not be in office etc and management would not return calls. Quality of attempted installation was so poor all ducting had to be removed. Pity there is no 0 star option. Your experience my be different.
