Where incompetence meets laziness... An hour and ten minutes after dropping off my car for a window replacement (and being told it would take an hour) I came back to see a technician standing around next to my car. As I came he started looking busy unscrewing a bolt. As we chatted, he said his tool was unfit to perform the task. So I took over and happily proceeded to unscrew the bolt myself. While I was doing so, he walked away. After 10 mins, task done, of me just standing around with the technician gone and no one seeming to care, I unpacked his tools from my car and drove off with a half door, anxious to get on with my day and not willing to wait up another hour and a half for them to painfully slowly finish the job.

Fantastic service by incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Wayne and Faizel are superb, going the extra mile to assist. I personally want to thank them for how they assisted me after my car side window was smashed in by robbers, and the damage they caused to the window mechanism, which would have cost me a fortune.. But thanks to these great guys, they saved me a lot of stress, and money. Thank you Wayne, and Faizel.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Lady at front desk rolling her false teeth constantly. And two guys working on my front wind screen arguing about how to do the job and lady had to tell them to calm down. The coloured gentleman working hands were black with dirt and kept on touching everything and leaving black dirt everywhere. Then he tells me his going to put anti rust stuff on and I must give him a tip. Seriously what kind of business are you running there. Shocking to say the least. Bad business practices
