Great place to have fun with the family...and they have flood lights!
One of the old classic clubs still operational!!
It is a well maintained club, with active members and coaches. The clubhouse has a homely coffee shop and it is a lekker party venue to hire.
We play tennis here on a weekly basis, as there are enough courts to always find at least one open, is is very well shielded against the wind and at least half the courts closest to the clubhouse are in excellent condition. The 2 main courts also have floodlights for some tennis in the evening.
The location is decent, but honestly the hospitality during the blistering heat leaves something to be desired. Especially during league, a drink for your opponent and some eats is the unwritten bare minimum... But this may have been an isolated incident, but still leaves a bitter taste.
Always a pleasure to play tennis at this club. Some of the courts, however, do need some work.
