We stay in a double storey house that experienced leaks within our Lounge and bathroom area. Not been a superhero to get up there my myself and risk the dangers of falling off- a I made contact with Wilcote - Cape Town in January 2015 and accepted a quote for them to fix my problem. To date and through this course we are still experiencing problems within the aforementioned areas. We have made contact with this company over 30 times via various forms of messages, pictures and calls - promises are made to have it fixed but it never is. As per Andre Smit additional work needed to be done last year with our gutters - additional work which had to be paid for to fix this problem- which I paid for- but still a leaky roof. My lounge area is constantly flooded every time it rains and we have had to disconnect all audio and TV equipment in an attempt to save it from damage. I have 3 kids under 5 years old and it is becoming a health and danger issue with kids slipping on the floor due to the water and mold now been visible within the interior ceiling boards. I have tried in vain to get hold of the Franchise owner - I believe his name is Will Rogers but he never calls back- seems that customer service is not within their priorities. I am just wanting my problem fixed as per our signed agreement and not for you guys to give me the run around trying to let my guarantee period lapse. Update 07 August 2018 - Still leaks and no follow ups from Wilcote. 03 December 2018 - Still leaks... BTW - You can tell your wife Beverley Smit to stop giving you 5 stars to up your ratings.

We've used Andre and his Wilcote team for leaks (roof leaks major and minor) for other work around the house and the painting of our house. We are very happy with their level of work and service and would highly recommend them.
