Firstly a BIG thank you to Michael (finance) and Charles (sales) at the Tokai branch for the assistance in providing me the opportunity to own a new fiat tipo. From start to finish amazing service I've never seen such amazing work ethic, professionalism and going beyond the call of duty for a customer and I say this working in customer service myself. Both individuals made me feel like a VIP and being only 25 years of age with the baby face hard to come by lol. Today I took my vehicle in for a simple check of my indicator light and the service remains the same if not better than when I bought the vehicle a month ago lol.
