The unit caught fire to such an extent it burnt the manhole cover. Wilo says it was down to poor installation. The installer says it was installed properly. The independent electrician and builder believe it to the float switch not switching off and not down to any electrical fault. So nobody taking responsibility for what could have been a disaster. The unit is still under warranty. Poor show!
