The campaign I worked for was wonderful, the only downside to this company is the incompetent management team. In my four month tenure at the company 11 people including myself had resigned as the management is pathetic and policies are not adhered to uniformly. Basic labour laws are not adhered to and employees are given incorrect information regarding their rights. Wns has many different campaigns and this review is not based on the company as a whole but on the campaign I was working on specifically.
