I would absolutely not use this company again. I've had two significant issues with them. 1. After getting a crack in the windscreen of the hire car (which they were informed of immediately), it took well over a week with me having to send tens of emails get the necessary information out of them so that I could facilitate an insurance claim. 2. I then receive an e-mail stating a traffic violation occurred. I requested proof of the transgression so that I could confirm where/if it happened. I was happy to pay if I was at fault. Once again I emailed numerous times with no response. Now after checking my credit card account I see my account has been debited, numerous times without my consent! I will be flagging all all these transactions. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I've had to cancel my credit card as I simply do not trust this company at all.

Would not recommend anyone to make use of their services especially in cases where there is a delay in collection and then only to find that a double booking was made on the same vehicle and then u end up with a lower class vehicle which can basically be described as junk compared to the initial booking. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM WOODFORD IT'S A WHOLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH THEIR LOWER PRICES !!!!!

Super friendly service, very affordable, takes a smaller deposit (my was R4k). Best of all was my deposit was paid back to my CC 2 hours after I dropped off the car!! Will use them from now on.

We hired a truck and we were given a truck, it did have a bit of vibration at speed but otherwise worked fine. Pick up was quick and the team at cape town airport were great. Checking back in I left it 3/4 full but they charged me for a full tank almost. The deposit was refunded within 3 working days. Overall a good hire experience. If a little costly for the standard of vehicle.

Terrible. I left my credit card in Durban, but your company refused to take my cheque card, or eft or even cash for the deposit, it was late at night and you guys left me in the lurch, the assistant told me that the rules for the credit card was changed the day before, but I booked a week in advance, why didn't you let me know??? Or at least let the old rule apply for use of the cheque card as I booked well before the rule change, I had to go hunting around for a car at three other rentals for a car and ended up paying three times more than I budgeted for, for car hire. You guys really did me a dis—service, and put me out of pocket. I am so angry and unhappy, I have told all my friends about your terrible service, and plan on taking to social media to let others now about your rule change, instead of letting them get surprised like I did. Your company is compassionless, and for a service industry its the exact opposite of what you want.

They won’t return your deposit! They will charge you for a damage that never was there and amend the contract without your permission. This company is terrible, rather go with a car hire which is reliable. Please don’t go after their cheap cars because at the end you will end up paying more. They will charge for random things, and when you try to reach out to them, their customer support is terrible. The branch manager is useless because any decision is taken from higher management.
