Worst court in South Africa! As for the security guards...they are like thugs pushing people around. A disgrace!

This morning my brother had to go assist someone who was arrested yesterday and he was told that she would appear in Court 2 at Wynberg Magistrates Court. The poor guy spent till lunch time just to be told they don't have her there and they sent him to the ground floor to enquire at counter 5. They in turn sent him to Court 1 - he asked the Policeman on duty but was told to wait. So finally when the court session ended, he was advised that the lady was not there either and to go check on a wall opposite the Prosecutor's Office. Her name was not on that list then he went to ask around and finally told, maybe she will appear on Monday. That was a whole day wasted due to there not being a help desk or someone that could accurately give help. If they could jack up on that, it would assist people in not wasting time. The toilets were clean and the place generally clean but it could do with a spruce up. But then our poor courts are so overworked with the amount of cases, that I guess that has an impact.

Wynberg magistrate maintenance courts service is beyond disgusting. My child's maintenance is garishee from her father's salary on month end, today is the 14th and I didn't receive my child's maintenance yet, I phoned on Monday, spoke to Mrs. Isaac's whose wórking by accounts by the maintenance, she said my çhilds maintenance is being paid on Monday but up until today there's nothing in my account yet, My child have to eat but surely they don't give a damn

Why do you have contact numbers and email adresses if nobody responds to them. Your people are permanently on a break and very unfriendly. No assistance whatsoever, we sit and waste our time there. All they do is walk up and down the corridors.

Website shows they available until 16:15. But I have been calling enquiries since 2 pm and no answer. So much for fair practice, protecting human rights and justice for all. Extremely disappointed
