Wonderful service! A young man helped us so nicely, was eager to help and did everything quickly without us having to wait. We were trying on many shoes and his input and knowledge helped a lot.

I purchased a 3 in 1 jacket from the Pavilion store in Durban. I required a larger size. When I checked online there was stock at the galleria branch. I got to the store to find that they did not have any at the branch. The sales person checked on the system and only one store in bloomfontein had the size. They charged me a courier fee of 250 and they also could not tell me if the store would be getting stock. Update: does anyone in this store answer the phone. I have been trying to get ahold of this store for the past 3 days.

Not quite as big as the Cape Union Marts in JHB, but on the same quality standard. We also got a good special. Only down side is that the service inside was not that efficient.
