Very bad telephone manners! No assistance at all! Very disappointed with the service the cardies in cape gate i remember had very nice and friendly staff, now you don't even get proper service in store or on the phone.

They fill balloons with helium. You can buy your balloons from them, and book a day and time to collect. Awesome.
