Excellent service!! Seen on time, all went smoothly for my licence renewal. NB note you don’t need to bring photos (they take a pic with webcam) or cash (card only accepted). Bring a copy of marriage certificate if change of surname.
They Try all their Best to keep to eNaTIS Time slots, actually they serve everyone booked for that particular day. The Queue move faster and this is great service. Most people working here are women and they are dedicated to their work. Keep Good Job Up!
It is supposed to be open on a Saturday, and the online booking system allows you to book for a Saturday. But you'll find the offices closed when you get there as no one pitches up for work. Don't waste your time and petrol. Open weekdays only despite what the booking system says.
Here you wil get the worst service ever. The offices open for renewal of drivers licence cards at 08h00 and at 08h30 people are standing outside in a line like idiots and nobody has been helped yet. This is the best place to receive the worst service ever. Come and enjoy.
Run by people who seemingly have no interest in being of assistance and have a clear lack of desire to perform their roles with any modicum of professionalism or pride. The experience is painful, unhygienic and prone to the common "system offline" experience we've become so accustomed to. On this occasion, their power was out due to loadshedding and, when asked why they need power for people to collect their licenses, the response is: "it's dark inside the office" Also, despite their office hours being until 3pm, they refuse entry and assistance to people from 2.30.
Terrible experience. Make a booking for a specific time slot where the booking confirmation requests you to be there an hour early. Arrive early only to be told no, only in your time slot but then people with slots in 2 hours from now are allowed in. Fine, I wait. Time comes, stand in a queue to stand in a queue for the eye test, no person in attendance at the desk, eventually he arrives, rude and no interest to do do his job. Move to the queue to pay, whereby other people's paperwork "magically" finds its way to the desk whilst others in the queue. 2.5 hours to be attended to for 5 mins, this is an absolute joke.
Went for my license renewal, everyone was super friendly and the process was well organized, basically in and out in a jiffy! NB! If you are going for license renewal Proof Of Residence is a must!
