To Date I have shared the feelings of majority of the comments on this TBT Auto Dunlop Zone Site. ((USED TO BE FIVE STAR)) I have had nothing but the best of service and have had a excellent relationship with the staff. But this track record is busy being done in : Yes it has been the Silly Season with Christmas and New Year and tha Auto Services Industry being shutdown from Dec 14th to January 12th. My GWM H5 has been at this establishment since Dec 16th ( Engine Heat Seizure ) and work was only commenced on January 13th ((Understandable ) But Today being January 21st still no quote from them on what the repairs are going to chase out of my Pocket. motor has been with the Engineering company since Wednesday January 15th and I am still in the dark. The Staff at TBT Auto are aware that this is my only form of transport from Glenharvie to work at Driefontein Mine and yet there is no concern shown as to the time taken to investigate and come up with quotations. My Brother is also in this industry and he is shocked at the total lack of care shown to the crisis experienced by the client - time is of no factor to them in obtaining speedy results in coming up with quotations and communicating with the client.
