Absolutely horrible service. This is aimed especially at the staff member named Keegan. He told me I could come back and exchange a game I bought a week ago. He said there was no problem in exchanging the game even thou it was a week period whatever as long as I had the receipt which I did. An hour later he claims he couldn't assist us. Such a waste of time.

Great service from the quick loan counter at the back of the main store. The main store on the main road itself has a great variety of used and new items for sale. Parking is a real problem though.

I would call my service here: sub-par. I wanted to sell a bed and fridge, which they are keen to collect. But the lady on whatsapp plainly wont respond. As a curator, this is not how to handle your job. In my opinion anyways... Needless to say, gumtree sorted me out within 10 minutes. Been trying for a few days to get these guys to come to my place... Eh...
