Extremely disappointed by how Cash Converters handled the cash advance loan agreements during this Covid19 lockdown. Poor communication, threatening to sell clients essential goods and then instructing clients to collect their items at another franchise at the clients cost! Should sue for breach of contract, but I've got better thing to do with my time.....never again and lesson learnt.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Their pick-up service especially is great when you have items that you're not able to transport to the shop yourself, although it's quite difficult to get them to respond on their whatsapp line.

Good day,I'm still waiting for your call regarding my rado jubilee watch that you said it was stolen during a break in that happened in your, you promised to contact me on by Monday the 16 March 2020 but that never happened, I called you on the Tuesday the 17 and you told me story of system being down,can you urgently resolved the matter as promised when I come for collection on the 13 March 2020 as the matter is stressing me badly,regards mabobo tiyani
