The staff here is very nice people.
Its a great bulk hardware store with very professional staff. Getting to park is really difficult and limited parking can be a problem on Fridays and weekends. For easy access, travel west on wf nkomo rd don't try to turn across the traffic. Rather drive round the block from rosette street
