No staff on the floor to assist. When you eventually get one to assist you find they are in a rush and helping other 10 customers at once. Queues to the tills are disorganized with only one till working. Security at the exit takes your slip and tells you to wait outside without telling you what is happening next. You wonder around and ask what is happening only then they tell you that your order is coming.
