The reception at service centre is nice. But the workmanship they are taking no responsibility for. They have stripped a nut on my caliper, strip two of my wheelnuts and when you speak to them the workshop managers answer you need special tools for the car. For them to use special tools and still strip my nuts are ridicilous. I put my car in their trust and this is the answer i am getting. I will never bring my car or my families car to them again.

Very poor service, refuse to take responsibility after giving me the incorrect parts yet using the vin/chase no. Do not own up to the mistake it was horrible, it is sad that Ford has such dealers. One of the worst services in my life
