So this is my experience with Castle Security. I live in the neighborhood that Castle security is situated in. I was thinking of changing from ADT to Castle security and saw an add in the local paper for a special for residence in the Neighborhood. I called on the 7/10/2020 to be told the person (Mr Fakier I think) is not available and will call me back. Its the 10/09/2020 and i still have not received any feedback. For me if the initial service is that bad, I do not want to think what the after service is going to be like. I'm all about supporting local business but if local business cant up there game ill rather pay the extra money and stick to ADT.

Great Service and quick to respond
Almost got run off the road by one of their drivers, who proceed to swear at me when I tried to confront him. Tried to lay a complaint with the company, the service I received was atrocious. The guy wrote two of their reviews here, Wayne Sampie, is their operations manager.
