We got to the clinic at 7.30am yes the line was long but it's 2.37 when writing this and still the person I accompanied is still inside. They lost her file and they looked for it for hours. After that they did a new file for her which was turned back by the doctor and gave an instruction for the staff to look for the file. That took very long and now she is still inside. After finding the file the service is still very slow. People who came in way after her have now left the clinic. What kind of service is this? It's been 7 hours waiting to get service from a clinic that is suppose to serve the community. We going on 8 hours waiting now.

The centre has very helpful and friendly staff providing quick service to the public. Here you get different kinds of health services including circumcision, lud insertions, labour and a whole lot.

We were put in a very cold place and they told us it's the flu clinic. When I asked where the nurses were they said in a meeting. It's been an hour and a half and they still in a meeting. With Covid happening I expected everything to be fast. Disappointed

I had a great experience my child and all the other kids were treated with love from the nurse's, they nurses know what the doing they play with the kids while checking for temp and hight and weight, the nurses work as a team and they very fast at what they do

The facility is clean. The security personnel maintains order so well. The nursing staff is very organized and helpful. Quickest service I've ever received in a public facility EVER! GOD BLESS THEM
