Shocking "couldnt care less" service! Been waiting for 7 days for the Bayside Shop to call me back regarding my upgrade. The number listed is incorrect and I've made several calls that go unawered! Very annoying!

Cell C is terrible. Technical Department and Admin department is the worst. Staff at Cell C Bayside however is super. Feel sorry for them with such a bad support team.

My phone got delivered to the store and I was never notified, kept calling them and they advised that they have not received my device, only to find out that my device was delivered to the store on the 25th of November, bad service for the staff to not notify me when they received my device and for them to keep telling me that they are waiting for my device even though it was delivered to them.. really not impressed and now that I am here to collect my device no one is attending to me, the staff is busy talking to eachother and two other gentleman on their phones...

Worst experience of my life! I will never ever use cell c again! They make you pay a cancellation fee and then still deduct money from your account after they have confirmed your account is cancelled. impossible to get a refund either
