The place was not full at all when I got there. They take the customer's details into the register and check the body temperature before allowing a customer in to be attended. They do their best to assist the customer. I was pleased on the way the store is kept sparkling clean and the friendliness of the staff.

This review is not directed at the Cell C shop in hemingways but cell c insurance company as a whole. But in future take your customers through the terms and conditions of an insurance claim. Now about Cell C insurance, your service is poor, if I could give you a minus star I definitely would. 1. I was not told to remove my security pin or password so your access fee or claim better not include that it was the negligence of your employee. 2. No quote was provided to me I was merely told to send my second MEI number to your insurance e-mail, no one mentioned that I wouldn't be contacted and that checking up on the progress of my phone would be my responsibility! 3.My phone has been with Cell C for over a month now, it was sent in on the 14th December 2020, it is now the 18th of January 2021 and I continue to hound them like a dog only for them to tell me they're still waiting for detail of the damage from the assessor??? are you kidding me it been over a month and it hasn't been assessed. I'm honestly caught between requesting they return my damaged phone to me immediately or waiting for this circus act to end! I wouldn't advice anyone to insure with Cell C Insurance rather look elsewhere cause I definitely intend on cancelling it with immediate effect the minute I receive my phone!!!
