Was there today and not happy at all. after going through the whole process of an upgrade, and having decided against the gentleman's recommendation of a LG, on a Samsung phone, was told sorry we have no stock. was that not the first thing to say when selection was made? While busy with the male consultant he was having discussions in his own language with another employee. the lady that the consultant refer to as the manager tried to stare me down, and if looks could kill I won't be writing this. I have always supported the underdog in the cell phone industry, but really help us, and give us the service and deals we deserve.

They debited my account twice for new phone and advised I have to wait a week for the manager to come back feom leave to get the funds.

Bad service from Nikki-Leigh Cloete, a sales person with no customer orientation whatsoever, who was backed by a manager called Jonamarie whom is equally bad-mannered. The same service i could not be assisted with at Cell c, within 1 hour i received the service from Vodacom. So much that the Cell c Soneike branch is very quite with minimal business, yet you still get bad service people like Nikki. Rather the aim should be to attract more cliental than losing potential one's.

What a blessing when I stepped into this branch of Cell C. My contract expires in July 2018. I experienced difficulties with my Samsung J1 since last year - went to branch at Zevenwacht mall twice - assistant informed me that it will cost a fee should the phone be send to their technicians. The second time during January the assistant informed me I can only upgrade as from April. Anyway at Soneike Mall's branch I explained to assistants about my problem and that I am due for an upgrade only in April. Then Anthony , assistant asked me for my mobile number - and what a surprise when he told me that system reflects that I could do an upgrade immediately (14/03/2018). This was a really an amazing experience for such fantastic client service received. Anthony you made my day

Extremely slow service. No payment facilities so I had to pay at Pic n Pay. Almost a week now of them saying everyday waiting for payment, tomorow it wil be done. Even after I showed proof of payment. Very disappointed.
