Definitely a Cell C store to avoid. Staff is poorly trained, the manager has never heard of customer service and treats customers disdainfully. Thus store also does not apply Cell C rules and regulations and makes up their own. Rather go to Menlyn Maine-much better service and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Its been 4 days i applied for device blacklisting but i still do not have an ITC number. They told me that i will recieve an email and i have not recieved it, even when i call or go to the store i dont get the help i need.

Happy happy with their service, their manager yesterday helped me quick to upgrade my contract and even made arrangements and explained to me how the phones operated and which was better to suit my pocket

Terrible service, The consultants are bully's and rude try to force me to take over a contract that I do not need. They do not know how their own system work regarding contracts. Had to go back 3 times with supporting documents and still no joy. However the store was clean (if that counts).
