Booking a repair is very disappointing with Cellc. As a customer I am paying for a service you offer, when that service is interrupted by a faulty device which Cellc has provided, they pull up their shoulders and say that the repair can take up to 21 working days, and that I as the customer should make alternative arrangements to be able to continue using their service while they fix my device. Not a happy customer here!
