What bad service I received from cell c after I went to the store to buy a router that they advertise but didnt have ..... NO 1 FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS I bought another router package that was suppose to come with about 27 gig data and was never loaded I callled the call centre spoke to various agents which all of them dropped the phone in my ear I spoke to the line manager Karabo and she told me straight theres nothing she can do I spoke to Solomon and the manager at Randburg square and they couldnt help ... After few days they loaded the sim with about 10 gigs...WHAT HAPPENED THE AMOST 17 GIGS AS I PAID FOR IT..........keep it as I'm cancelling all my contracts with Cell C and encouraging any customer that receives this BAD service to go to another network ...WE PAYING FOR THIS SERVICES NOT BEGGING AND CELL C ISNT THE ONLY NETWORK COMPANY.....
