Ally is very polite and professional. She is also good at analysing your particular muscle problems and combining massage techniques to ensure she targets the problem correctly. She also provided suggested stretches I can use after running to avoid stiffness in future. Very happy, thank you!

Recommend a 2 hour session since its worth the cheap prices, best holiday time alone. Will go again b4 leaving SA

I gave one star because google wouldn't allow me to give zero. I emailed a couple of times, whats-apped, whats app called and called.... all in lieu with what their website recommends on how to contact them. Pointless. Upon finally getting some sort of half-arsed excuse as to why nothing was replied to (tip for business's, don't blame I.T. when talking to someone in I.T.; we see right through you), we proceeded to chat via whatsapp, where I had to ask the same question over and over and over. And that was a simple "what time can I come on Saturday?"... eventually the conversation was abandoned completely by 'them' not I. They just stopped replying. Almost three hours later I get told they were busy with a client. Well then....what the hell do you call me??? Do you just leave a conversation like that?! If they had said 'give me a moment' or 'may I call you back', then all would've been well. But not after two days of trying to contact them during the 'open hours' in the first place. Bad manners, and lazy customer service. Worst.
